Meagan Pi is the Founder and CEO of Upturn Health, a company reinventing care for midlife women by combining the power of AI with the depth of hyper-personalized, evidence-based medicine.
She spent 21 years at Google, concluding her tenure in the fall of 2023. In her final three years, she served as Vice President and General Manager of Data Privacy. Throughout her career, she helped shape some of Google’s most foundational products—Search, Ads, Voice AI—often through high-impact strategic partnerships. Meagan became a trusted leader known for championing ethical technology, especially in the areas of user privacy and data safety, earning deep credibility across engineering, product, and executive teams.
Today, she brings that same rigor and vision to healthcare, driven by the belief that one of the most meaningful applications of AI is to help people live healthier, longer lives. And that future starts with women. Upturn Health is built to give superpowers to both patients and providers, beginning with the kind of midlife care women have long deserved but too often lacked.
Known for her high standards and deep empathy, Meagan leads with a rare blend of excellence and authenticity. Her teams describe her as someone who connects on a deeply human level—while also inspiring them to grow and deliver work that truly matters.
Outside of work, Meagan is a passionate learner and joy-seeker. She loves cooking, skiing, strength training, singing (loudly), and being near water. Most of all, she’s a proud mom to a 20-year-old son and a 15-year-old daughter—who inspire her every day to be a better human and to imagine a healthier, more equitable future.
