Pioneering the transition to a sustainable future, this lab explores breakthrough energy technologies, from alternative power sources to next-generation batteries and efficient transfer modalities. The interdisciplinary projects aim to reshape energy systems whilst assessing their global socioeconomic and environmental impact. Additionally, the lab is focussed on impact driven organisations - helping external teams to review their practices and co-building solutions to deliver positive change. It aims to assess and optimise the impact of the entire ‘Open Innovation Ecosystem’, working with partners to develop educational programs, provide academic support to change-making activities and provide training in sustainable leadership.
